We're aiming to build a network ofpartners," said Reed Exhibitions CEO Mike Rusbridge on a visit to India. Reed Exhibitions is looking to triple the size of its India market in the next three years.

Reed has been organising exhibitions in India for 10 years but looked to expand its footprint two years ago and presently has two joint venture partners in the country. Observing that the infrastructure facilities in India donot match the country's vast economic potential, Rusbridgeasked the Indian government to put in place the requiredinfrastructure in order to leverage the multiplier effect thatexhibitions have on economies. "We want to see new venues being built. Government needsto invest in infrastructural facilities.
