DPSC earns the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 Certification

DPSC Limited (formerly known as Dishergarh Power Supply Company Ltd), one of the oldest power utilities in India, announced that it has received the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System from the world renowned Certification body British Standards Institution (BSI), headquartered in the UK.

Kolkata, West Bengal, October 10, 2012 /India PRwire/ -- DPSC Limited (formerly known as Dishergarh Power Supply Company Ltd), one of the oldest power utilities in India, announced that it has received the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System from the world renowned Certification body British Standards Institution (BSI), headquartered in the UK.

The major success witnessed in the entire project was bringing objectivity in process performance criteria and active involvement from all across the company. The entire task has been completed within a commendable time frame of 6 months, after which DPSC received recognition from BSI.
