IMN NEWS appoints Ayaz Memon as Consultant Editor
IMN News, the soon to be re-launched avatar of the English news channel NewsX, has appointed Ayaz Memon as its Consultant Editor. Ayaz will be based in IMN News' Mumbai office and will be responsible for providing strategic inputs on the editorial policies of the channel, thereby streamlining it with the company's vision. As a Senior Editor at IMN News, he will be a vital part of channel's management team.

Ayaz has had an illustrious career of more than 30 years spanning across reporting, writing and researching on various industries viz. business, politics, & sports. His previous assignment was with the DNA newspaper where he was Editor-at-large and recently he was seen as one of the special commentators at the just concluded IPL 3.
Besides journalism, Memon is a regular TV commentator on cricket and has also authored three books on cricket and co-authored one with Ranjona Banerji on the golden jubilee of India's independence, India 50: The Making Of A Nation.
