Eminent personalities of the Marathi film and television industry will come together on STAR Pravah to celebrate the essence of the undaunted Policemen on their exclusive show 'Anandrang' to be aired on June 27th, 2010 at 7:30 pm.
With the prime aim of entertaining the viewers with unique and innovative formats STAR Pravah's, Anandrang is yet another grand event that honours the work done by Thane Police. This mosaic of exquisite music and spectacular dance performances will be centered on the depiction of the various aspects of Police life. Anandrang begins on an auspicious inaugural note with Maurya Maurya performed by renowned singer Tyagraj Khadilkar. The celebration then continues with Dipali Sayyed's ritzy dance number Ata Vajle Ki Bara and Cham Cham Karta. Viewers will also enjoy an impressive dance performed by Aniket Viswasrao on the romantic song Gala Var Khali Dodyat Dhundhi.
Dhamakedar songs like Dhagalalagli Kala, Gomu Sangtina and Ek Chatur Naar by Sudesh Bhosle promise to allure audience. The very popular Bappi Lahri also entertains the viewers by the songs Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Bambai Se Aaya Mera Dost while the beautiful songs Garva and Zada Khali steal the show with a stupendous performance from singer Milind Ingale.
The audiences were in splits when Makrand Anaspure took the stage with Ajay Jadhav and went from one hilarious act to another.
A romantic performance on a very entertaining Marathi number Hi Gulabi Hava by Neha Gadre and Kashyap Parulekar of Mann Udhan Varyache will leave the audiences entranced. Stunning Mrinmayee Deshpande and the very beautiful Bhargavi Chirmule mesmerize audiences by their incredible dance performances on Classical Sargam and amusing Marathi Lavani Bugadi Majhi Sandli Ga respectively. The splendid evening then proceeds to resonate with the songs Mera India and Galgale Nighale presented by versatile singer Vaishali Samant.
Concluding this epic celebration, the perfect treat of songs Ruperi Valut, Yara sili sili, Nashibane Ghadvile by Amruta Natu and Marathi Bhangada - a song on Police officers by Tyagraj Khadilkar also entice the audiences.
