Shot in the popular Shanivaarvada in Pune, the splendid evening was graced by the eminent personalities of the Marathi entertainment fraternity like Pushkar Shotri, Bela Shende, Sanjay Mone, Prasad Oak, Pushkar Jog and Madhura Velankar amongst others. The event depicted various aspects of the Marathi culture through the glorious performances in segments like Pravah Shauryacha-motivational songs, Pravah Bhakticha- Devotional songs, Pravah Lokakalecha-Folk songs, Pravah Sangeetacha-Stand up comedy, Pravah Madhyamcha-mimicry, Pravah Chitrapat Srushtincha-Dance performances, Pravah Jeevnacha- Skit on essentials of life, Pravah Rajkarnacha- Patriotic songs and Pravah Krida Vishwacha- praising legends like Sachin Tendulkar and other sports personalities from the land of Maharashtra.
Starting with a scintillating dance performance on Maurya Maurya the event was graced with a series of breathtaking performances on Pravah Shauryacha- a segment with patriotic songs like He Hindunrusinha, Shoor Amhi Sardar, presented by Hrishikesh Ranade. The next segment Pravah Bhakticha and Pravah Lokakalecha that comprised of devotional and folk songs like Mhalarwari, Ekvira Aai, Nadichya pallyad, Ude ga ambe ude were sung by the versatile singers Bela Shende, Ajay Gogavale, Nandesh Umap and Dnyaneshwar Meshram.
Adding humor to the evening was the popular Stand-up comedy presented by Pushkar Shotri, Prasad Oak, Vibhavari Deshpande and Neha Joshi. They narrated and performed on how tones, instruments and styles have evolved in Marathi music, Natyasangeet, Bhaysangeet and Chitrapatsangeet. Following the tummy tickling comedy it was time for Pravah Chitrapat Srushticha that rocked the dance floor with sizzling performances on songs like Kashala Udyachi Baat, Kombadi Palali and more
Concluding this epic celebration, a skit Pravah Jeevanacha was enacted by endowed actors Sanjay Mone, Pushkar Shotri, Prasad Oak, Rasika Joshi, Jitendra Joshi, Vaibhav Mangale, Vikas Samudre, Atisha Naik. This commendable skit talked about the essentials of life Anna, Vastra and Niwara .
