He will share engrossing details of his career in an exclusive interview with Nikhil Wagle, Editor, IBN-Lokmat on Saturday 2nd January 2010 at 9:30 pm, on the occasion of the release of his Marathi film, 'Natrang'.

In this interview, Atul Kulkarni will speak about his humble beginning as an actor and his journey to become an accomplished veteran. In the year 1995, after graduating from NSD, Atul kick started his career with the role of Mahatma Gandhi, in his first professional play, 'Gandhi Virudhha Gandhi'. Some of his other well-known plays include 'Manoos Navacha Bet', 'Samudra' and 'Chapha'.

Despite beginning his career with theatre, he has won critical acclaim for his performances in Hindi feature films like Chandni Bar, Satta, Page 3 and Rang De Basanti. Adding to this list of acclaimed performances are his roles in famous Marathi movies - 'Shwaas', 'Valu' and 'Maati Maay' the last of which was recently premiered at the Toronto Film Festival.

Speaking with IBN-Lokmat, Atul Kularni will share details of the different look he has donned in his forth coming Marathi film, 'Natrang' and the efforts taken to play the role which has many shades and is perhaps one of his best performances so far. Apart from this he will also discuss his book 'Nat-rang' that throws light on his journey as an actor, in the film, 'Natrang'.
