Globosat Entertainment’s Bollywood channel Filmy premiers a refreshing new musical reality show, the BATHROOM SINGER. Hundreds and Thousands of aspiring singers line up for auditions all across India for their chance to demonstrate on national television the exuberance and energy with which they sing in their own bathrooms. The extreme hype for this one of a kind realityseries has swept India by storm and has been covered by every major news channel. Looking for a combination of voice and a certain flavor are judges Ravi Kishan (Top Bhojpuri Actor) and Shibani Kashyap (Singer – Composer). Hosting the show is Gaurav Gera (Nandu of Jassi Jassi Koi Nahin).

This hilarious new reality comedy advances untrained singers based on the unique combination of singing and the entertainment quotient or ‘Jhaag’. Contestants with a lot of Jhaag move on the next final round, while the ones that lack Jhaag hear the sounds of a toilet flush indicating it’s time for them to get out of the bathroom. Ultimately, the grand prize winner will take home 25 lakh rupees.

Bathroom Singer will air on Filmy, Sundays at 9:00 pm, premiering on Sunday September 2nd.
