MediaTek inaugurates new office in Hyderabad
MediaTek, a leading fabless semiconductor company for wireless communications and digital media solutions, recently launched its operations in Hyderabad.

MediaTek’s Hyderabad Operations
MediaTek’s Hyderabad office is located in Hi-Tech City, which is the second largest IT hub in India. MediaTek’s operation in Hyderabad will help design and deliver the company’s leading fabless semi-conductor solutions to meet the demands of one of the world’s fastest growing market for wireless communications.
Elaborating about the importance of this office, states Mr. Grant Kuo, Managing Director, MediaTek India, “This is our second design centre in India (the first centre is already fully operational in NOIDA). The Hyderabad Design Team is poised to make significant contribution in the continuous success and growth of MediaTek to become a world leader in the fabless semi-conductor wireless communication chip market.”
The current total number of employees at the Hyderabad office is 28 and will grow to 50 employees.
