Franchise India's platform ushers international brands into the Indian retail space
Franchise India Program 2009 -The objective of the program is to introduce the delegates to the nuances of establishing a foreign brand in India.

Keeping in mind India’s immense growth potential, a plethora of global brands are now eyeing India as the next destination in their global expansion plans.
Leveraging on this growth trend, Franchise India recently announced the launch of the Franchise India Program 2009.This innovative concept, the only one of its kind in India will see leading international brands from various industry verticals partner with Franchise India to undertake a one –year intensive program. This intensive program will include feasibility studies on the brand as well as market entry planning to determine the most appropriate approach for expanding in the challenging yet lucrative Indian market.
During the course of the program, international brands will be guided through an in-depth program that will introduce them to the finer aspects of doing business in India. The companies will undergo a detailed audit of their business model to ascertain which areas will require adaptation or change to suit the Indian business environment.
The one-year program includes an informative four-day orientation and exhibition program in New Delhi from Nov 24th to 27th 2009. The objective of the program is to introduce the delegates to the nuances of establishing a foreign brand in India. The program in New Delhi is an integral part of the 7TH Annual Franchise & Retail Show (FRO) where international brands would showcase their concepts to over 20,000 potential investors.
