-- Samsaara, the luxurious abode of fashion inaugurated ‘Samsaara Bride’- an exclusive bridal wear floor at its flagship store in South Extension – II, New Delhi on August 27, 2009.
Masters of couture Pallavi Jaikisshan and Bhairavi Jaikishan inaugurated the 1200 sq feet second floor at Samsaara with a preview of their exquisite bridal collection that was adorned by Nayonika Chatterjee. The highlight of their collection is the prominence of embroidery on a vibrant color palate – pale pinks, powder pinks, nudes, roses, yellows, greens and more. Heavy sequined embroidery, zari work and contemporary silhouettes such as the lehenga sari caters perfectly well to the brides this season.
Brides-to-be can’t have it any better as ‘Samsaara bride’ will house the latest bridal collections by popular couture designers such as Pallavi Jaikisshan, Bhairavi Jaikishan, Manish Malhotra, Deepika Gehani, Satya Paul, Neeta Lulla and Charu Parashar.
These Collections are a perfect blend of traditional Indian silhouettes with contemporary designs on a variety of fabrics such as satins, georgettes and chiffons. Samsaara bride covers all aspects of an Indian wedding wardrobe for the bride as well as her family. With an option of getting the outfits custom designed, there are ensembles available for all occasions – mehendi, sangeet, various pujas and but of course the wedding and the reception.
