Digital Shoppy, is a rapidly growing company and was faced with operational challenges of integrating the POS billing with the back -end ERP. With a large number of stores in its kitty, Digital Shoppy’s growth was being hindered by the absence of a sound ERP solution to manage and consolidate data. DVS implemented LS Retail NAV, which is built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and proved to be a perfect solution to address the problem.

Digital Shoppy selected this solution to manage its data replication and consolidation, in an environment where stores are geographically spread across and for Database management for each store & HO with the increasing number of stores.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an integrated ERP application, which focuses on all back-office activities like finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, CRM etc. On the other hand, LS Retail, an end-to-end retail solution, takes care of all the activities at the store level such as billing, inventory management (shop level), discounts and promotions. "We analyzed many ERP's in the market, keeping in mind the cost estimates of implementation and customization. Finally we settled with LS Retail as it is appropriate to our industry. LS Retail has made it easier to synchronize date between HO & stores, through replication scheduler and data director. Most of the POS features, seem to be a direct fit to our requirement."
