"Oye shava saag Paneer": It is Garlic flavored palak & methi saag paneer, "Shahi Kofta" which is a cashew and khova based gravy with mixed veg and dry fruits kofta. It is a unique mix of spicy and sweet, this shahi kofta is right out of a Punjabi Dhaba. The recipe lends itself to be very light on stomach and high on taste. "Meeethe Gud Bhare Chawal": As the name suggests it is sweet rice, flavored with sauf and dry fruits on the base of gud(jaggery), a must eat on any festival.
