Beyond Squarefeet Advisory ropes in Tony Ward as "COO - Leasing"
Tony Ward a renowned name in the real estate and retail sector both internationally and in India has joined Beyond Squarefeet Advisory, a boutique mall advisory company, promoted by Susil Dungarwal, a retail-mall veteran, as "COO - Leasing". Ward, will be responsible for the most strategic function of leasing & fit-out management at Beyond Squarefeet. His role will include working with mall developers and retailers to design, develop & implement the right tenant mix and retail leasing plans.

Tony most recently served as COO, Leasing for The Phoenix Mills Ltd., Mumbai and used to manage all the Marketcity Malls for them along with Palladium. Prior to Phoenix, Tony was part of the initial team of Wal-Mart in India, where he spent almost 5 years. Tony was also with the West Pioneer Properties, managing their mall in Kalyan. Tony comes with over two decades of experience in operations, leasing & business development.
