MY FM brought out a special CD for the devotees of Navdurga during Navratra festival, one of the most popular and devoted religio-cultural events across India. The listeners called MY FM in numbers to grab their audio CDs which included the ‘Varnan’ of nine incarnations of Maa Durga, the Goddess of Power, along with the Shlokas chanted in sonorous Sanskrit pronunciation. This was interwoven with Maa Durga Bhajans. The CD has been developed by MY FM in association with Tata Indicom.

The Navratra Special CD was being given away to the listeners of MY FM via on air interactions with the listeners and also through outdoor broadcasts in temples or close to temples during Navratas. The CD’s content and Bhajans were savoured by the people across 7 States of Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra through MY FM’s 17 stations. This CD is an indication ofMY FM’s sincere approach to relate with its listeners by showing respect to their religious sentiments.

CD. Apart from the CD presentation by MY FM, during Navratras, MY FM listeners also heard aakhyaan of each avatar of Maa Dugra. And also to Navratras songs on NAV DURGA in the Bhakti segment. Garba performances were also arranged in cities likeBhopal and Ahmedabad by MY FM.
