BIG 92.7 FM, Bangalore turned two years old on 9th Oct’08 and to celebrate this glorious occasion, the station organized a very special treat. Over 20 children from Asha Nilaya, an orphanage in Ejipura got to enjoy their holiday along with BIG FM RJ’s and sandalwood celebrities at Cubbon Park. These children along with Radhika Gandhi and Shravanth (from the movie Chikamagalura Chikamallige) cut a huge 9.27kg cake and released over 100 helium balloons to commemorate the occasion.

Listeners who tuned into BIG 92.7 FM on the 9th of Oct got a chance to win attractive gifts through the day as part of the anniversary celebrations. Celebrities like Darshan, Sharmila Mandre, Diganth and many more went on-air to wish BIG FM a very happy and successful birthday.
