New Delhi, Delhi, August 5, 2016 /India PRwire/ -- On the occasion of 31st Olympiad, the Honorable Minister of State (Independent charge) for Communications Sh. Manoj Sinha and Honorable Minister of State (Independent charge) for Youth Affairs and Sports Sh. Vijay Goel release set of four Commemorative Postage stamps on Badminton, Shooting, Wrestling and Boxing at Hotel Ashoka, New Delhi.

India is participating in total 15 sporting events and a contingent of around 120 athletes of various sports is expected to participate in XXXIst Olympic Games at RIO. More than 10,500 athletes from 206 National Olympic Committees are scheduled to take part in the Olympics this year.
