"The Indian Staffing Federation has predicted that the 1.3 million temporary workers presently in the organised sector will swell to 9 million workers in the next 10 years," said Mr. Adam Pode, Director of International Research at Staffing Industry Analysts. The major international staffing firms that are represented in our list have come to India because they recognise the huge potential of the market."

Ms. Rituparna Chakraborty, Vice President, ISF, "The report by Staffing Industry Analysts is a positive reflection of the Indian staffing industry and good to see eight existing ISF members occupying top positions out of the ten which itself accounts for 26% of the Indian staffing market. Considering the pace at which the industry is growing in India it can easily outnumber all countries in the next 12 years with the sheer size of flexi-staff deployed in the formal sector, given the opportunity. By 2025, it is expected that 10% of the overall workforce in India could be working in a flexible capacity through staffing companies."

In addition to the report of the top ten list and the list of 180+ Indian staffing providers, drawn from the members' roll of the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF), the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), it is also pertinent to mention that the staffing firms have made immense contribution in creating jobs in the organized sector across the globe out of which only India's leading staffing firms have generated over 5 million jobs in the last 10 years in India.
