Tweet-- For the second consecutive year, Kimberley Neeson, President of Neeson & Associates Court Reporting and Captioning Inc., has been nominated to the prestigious RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Awards in the category of The Bell Trailblazer Award. This year's nomination is made even more special by the fact that Bell Canada itself asked Ms. Neeson if they could put her forward as a contender in this category. A nominee of the Bell Trailblazer Award category is described thus:
"This entrepreneur is a true trendsetter. She has recognized a new market, product, service, technological advancement or opportunity and led the way. She has demonstrated outstanding leadership both within her company and her market, set the standards for originality, quality and successful management. She is a mentor, a visionary, a leader, a successful businesswoman and in all elements a trailblazer in her field."
"Throughout her 26-year reporting career, Kim has consistently 'pushed the envelope' - developing her own reporting skill, building her business into a premier realtime service; promoting and developing new markets; leading our association through adversity; and, in mentoring working reporters and court reporting students - much of this work as a volunteer while a working reporter, CEO, and mother of a young family," commented Karin Jenkner, President of the Chartered Shorthand Reporters' Association of Ontario.
The awards process will be completed in the late fall of 2010.
