Elixir expands RPO offices to 22 cities as 11 million to join workforce

Tweet-- The Government has reportedly announced an estimated 2.5 per cent annual growth in employment and a possibility of creating 570 million jobs over the next five years. The Government has also shown resolve in strengthening the volume percentage of organized sector jobs. Having foreseen this trend in employment, Elixir - India's leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Company, is well on its way to expand its footprint across the country. The company plans to have 22 offices by end of this year to meet this urgent demand along with its existing 10 offices. The Labour Ministry's annual report on employment came at an opportune time to support the growth of the company.

The workforce in the country is expected to grow from the current estimate of 520 million to 574 million adding close to 11 mn workers annually in the next five years.
