Ultimate Hospitality Services Launches two fine dining restaurants -36 Bar-B-Q and Bagara

UHS chalks out ambitious expansion plans to launch seven to eight restaurants in next one year of which five restaurants are planned in Bangalore, one at Karimnagar, Chennai and Pune and plans to invest about 10 crore

Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, October 8, 2009 /India PRwire/ -- Ultimate Hospitality Services Private Limited (UHS), a Hyderabad leading Catering and Hospitality Service provider in the the state forays into speciality restaurants and launches 36 Bar-B-Q and Bagara here at SD Road in city today.

Disclosing this addressing media Mr Praveen Rao CMD of UHS said the 120 covers 36 Bar-B-Q restaurant is a speciality restaurant for barbecue spread over in a 6000 sq feet area. 114 covers Bagara ,the multi-cuisine restaurant with Andhra speciality is spread over 6000 sq feet area.

These two restaurants are added to the already existing three restaurants , 36 Bar-B-Q , 36 Chhattees and 45 Jubilee Hills. These three restaurants put together have730 covers and 34000 sq ft area. With two new additions, the total tally of speciality restaurants go to 5.

According to Mr Praveen Rao, these two new restaurants at SD Road, Secunderabad are launched within three months of successful launch of 45 Jubilee Hills. All these restaurants are being grouped under the new brand “gp”. UHS has been accredited with the ISO 9001-2000 Certification for the Quality Standards; and has also obtained the much coveted Food Safety Standards Certification i.e.HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). This Certificate has been awarded after fulfillment of Quality Standards & Hygiene requirements prescribed by International body. With this, UHS has achieved the distinction of possessing both ISO and HACCP certifications; making it the only one caterer in India to get such an honour.
