The new solution manages the entire collection process -- from the generation of automatic notifications all the way up to automating communication with customers and external collection agents. Notifications are sent to the customer via SMS, e-mail or via a phone call. All the processes involved such as delivering notifications, assigning renewal opportunities, monitoring performance, automatic reminders and communication with customers, external agents, and so on, is part of this single solution. The solution provides a more streamlined process, ensuring higher productivity, greater customer retention and lower cost of operations. The new solution is user friendly and easily adaptable and finding workers trained in the software is relatively simple.
