Refex Refrigerants Limited, a Chennai based leading refrigerants management solutions provider and BSE listed company, has announced that the members of the Company in their Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 9, 2008 in Chennai have approved the following subject matters:

1) Adoption of Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2008.

2) Confirmation of the Interim Dividend already paid and declaration of Final Dividend.

3) Appointment of Sri T.Anil Jain as a Director.

4) Appointment of Sri A. Tarachand Jain as a Director.

5) Appointment of Ms.Bhandari & Keswani Chartered Accountants, as Auditors.

6) Appointment of Sri Ratanchand Lodha, Sri T.Jagdish Jain, Dr. R. Kondammal and Miss. Abhinandana Papisetty as Directors.

7) Increase in the Remuneration of Sri A.Tarachand Jain, Executive Chairman and Director.

8) Increase in the Remuneration of Sri. T. Anil Jain, Managing Director.

9) Appointment of Sri. T. Jagdish Jain, Director as a Whole Time Director and sanction of Remuneration to him.

Refex Refrigerants recorded a turn over close to Rs.90 Crores during last year, an increase of a whopping 175% over last year(2006-07), while the net profit after tax, stands at Rs.12 crores, an increase close to 150 % over last year.The company had already declared an interim dividend of 10% and the board has recommended a final dividend of 10%,taking the total dividend to 20%.The company, during the last year successfully completed it’s IPO, which received overwhelming response from both institutional and retail investors. The Refex family now includes nearly 4000 investors and the company is proud of this fact.
