The Annual General meeting of the company will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008 for adoption of Annual Accounts of the company for the financial year ended 31st March 2008 and decide on the payment of final dividend to the share holders. The company also announced that the register of members and share transfer Books of the company will remain closed from June 2, 2008 to June 09, 2008.

Refex is a specialist refiller of environmental friendly refrigerant products. It has a state-of-the-art refilling and storage facility at Thiruporur, Kanchipuram Dist. (Tamilnadu).
