BMG is glad to announce the next 24 days Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course in Mumbai.This course will be conducted in five phases in a 4-5-5-5-5 format.

Define : 26-29 May 2008
Measure : 23-27 June 2008
Analyze : 28 July- 1 August 2008
Improve : 25- 29 August 2008
Control : 22 – 26 September 2008

Highlights of the course:

BMG’s Adult Learning Model shall ensure that the participant is able to get a hands-on learning of the DMAIC methodology and its tools. The focus of the training is on bringing about a thorough understanding of the Six Sigma concepts and their application to ensure sustainable capability development in the participant.

This course includes one day Change Leadership Workshop to help Black Belts to effectively manage, support and motivate teams to achieve their desired goals.

Certification requirements:

In order to get certified from BMG University, the participant will need to:
1. Complete the course
2. Pass four online exams of four hours each with minimum 70% and,
3. Submit one completed project report

Pre-requisites:

Each participant should carry a Laptop Computer with MS Office & Minitab version 14 pre-loaded. We will provide a 30 days demo version of Minitab software for first time use. The laptop should not have Minitab 14 Demo already installed and expired before coming to the training.
