Should you desire that your proposed litigation or arbitration (dispute resolution) file be evaluated by a leading law firm, a complete copy file including correspondence and documents should be forwarded to Hathi & Partners., Advocates & Solicitorsat their Mumbai main office along with date wise detailed briefing note and your query. There is no compulsion that you should continue the file/ work with Hathi & Partners after evaluation but before the file is forwarded to the law firm kindly request for conflict of interest check.

While evaluating the file/ work the same are computed at a flat rate of Euro 40 per hour (much below the normal rate of an individual practitioner) while all disbursements are computed on actual and the total time for evaluating will not exceed 12 hours, thereafter their regular hourly rate will become applicable. This service is subject to a minimum of EURO 480 + Disbursements on actual.

Effective from April 1, 2008 initial 30 minutes consultation of every new file / work are not charged but the same is applicable only if the given file/ work is with Hathi & Partners. The said initial 30 minutes fee of hourly rate is waived off and is adjusted towards first/ interim bill.
