Right Management, a leading HR consulting firm, and wholly owned subsidiary of Manpower Inc, has completed the process of forming a Joint Venture by acquiring majority stake in Grow Talent Company Limited, an organizational and individual consulting firm with offices in Gurgaon (New Delhi), Mumbai, and Bangalore, India, effective today.

“The addition of Grow Talent Company Limited is an important expansion in our service delivery network into the dynamic and growing Indian market,” said Owen Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer of Right Management, a leading global provider of integrated consulting solutions across the employment lifecycle, with more than 300 service locations and 2500 consultants worldwide, and revenues exceeding USD 400 million.

Grow Talent provides organization transformation, talent appreciation, leadership development, and coaching services to leading companies in its market. Grow Talent has provided outplacement services to Right Management’s multinational clients for the past few years as a correspondent. In a short span of six years, Grow talent has grown rapidly to a team of 100 consultants and associates.

“While our strategy continues to focus on organic growth, we will consider high quality acquisition opportunities in markets that we do not currently serve, or organizations that provide services complimentary to our human capital lifecycle offerings. Grow Talent is such an opportunity,” said Sullivan.

Grow Talent was founded in 2000 by Anil Sachdev, who will remain a minority shareholder and Managing Director, reporting to Keiji Miyaki, Executive Vice President for Right Management’s Asia Pacific region. “We are excited about expanding our relationship with Right Management through this next logical step. Based on our past few years as a correspondent, we are very confident our decision will benefit both our clients and our employees,” said Sachdev.
