Spa Marketing Gets Innovative - Totally Spa Introduces 'Promo-On-Mobile'
Spa customers in Singapore can now use their mobile phones for information on their preferred spa promotion, with the Promo-On-Mobile (POM) service introduced by Totally Spa.
Tweet-- Enabled by mobile messaging agency, BeepCast Pte Ltd, POM lets visitors at www.totallyspa.com forward details of their selected spa promotion to their mobile phone with the click of a button.
This follows the launch of the first targeted search engine portal www.totallyspa.com specific to Spas and spa promotions in Singapore by Totally Spa in Jan 2008.
Noting the high usage of SMS as a form of communication in Singapore today - 2 billion SMSes were sent in Dec 2009 alone, averaging 300 SMSes per subscription- the POM feature is a first in the Spa sector, working to support evolving consumer behavior and preferences.
