Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd, one of the fastest growing companies in the power sector is consistent in its excellent performance. Sunil Hitech has clocked a growth of 143 % in its Net Sales to Rs. 112.37 crore in Q4 FY08 over Rs. 46.33 crore in the same quarter last year. Q4 FY08 the Profit After Tax stands at Rs. 7.30 crore, 122 % up from Rs. 3.28 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

In the unaudited results of the Financial Year 2008, the sales are a visible 112 % up at Rs. 306.32 crore as compared to Rs. 144.80 crore in FY07. The PAT in the year under consideration stands at Rs. 21.64 crore, up 176 % from Rs. 7.85 crore in the last year.

In the quarter Sunil Hi-Tech bagged projects amounting to Rs.100.68 crore from JSW Steel and NTPC. There is more than 100 % increase in the order book position and the orders received during the year .The order book as on 31st March 2008 is Rs. 836 Crores to be executed over a period of 24-36 months.

This quarter the company raised Rs 81 crore through Qualified Institutional Players (QIPs) placements with six top foreign and domestic institutional investors at Rs 360/- per share. The company plans to infuse the funds in the expansion plan
