City based band captivates audience at the month long rock festival - Reliance TimeOut Rock Festival 2010 to present an ideal platform to several more upcoming rock bands during the month long festival every Saturday
Tweet-- Bangalore based 'Peas & Carrots' rocked the audience at Reliance TimeOut, the books, music, stationery, toys and gifts store of Reliance Retail, with a captivating performance held as part of the ongoing Reliance TimeOut Rock Festival 2010. Rock Fest, the annual feature at Reliance TimeOut is celebrating its second edition this year and is on till the 15th August.
After the hugely successful campaign last year, Reliance TimeOut kicked off the Rock Festival 2010 with a LIVE Performance by the international and bestselling band Michael Learns to Rock at Cunningham Road. The festival will feature many more bands in the days to come - as always inline with their efforts to build communities and encourage fresh talent!
An electrifying musical treat awaited the visitors featuring a special evening with Bangalore based band Peas & Carrots. This young and talented band enthralled the audience with their stunning performance. The audience remained spellbound at their rocking numbers and their foot tapping performance with an acoustic set up, covering varied genres and artists that brings back popular music to its pure, unadulterated form: the acoustic platform. Sheela, the vocalist, is the driving force behind the band with Claude on keyboards and percussion. While Sidharth makes the band complete being on guitar, vocals and harmonica.
