Jindal SAW Ltd. bags orders for more than Rs 1100 Crores
Majority of SAW pipe orders are of exports to middle-eastern market
Tweet-- Jindal SAW Ltd. announces the receipt of various Orders/ Letter of Intents aggregating to more than Rs 1100 crores (App. USD 240 million) for supply of Large Diameter Welded Pipes (app. USD 175 million) and Ductile Iron Pipes (app. USD 65 mio).
These orders have been received in last few weeks. Majority of SAW pipe orders are of exports to middle- eastern market and carry good margins. This is in line with Jindal SAW's strategy of focusing on orders which meets its internal benchmarking for margins.
These orders shall be executed in next 9- 12 months time. With these orders, the total order book of Jindal SAW Ltd. stands at app. Rs 3500 Crores (App. US$ 750 million).
