-- Complete Wellbeing, the only magazine based on a copyrighted concept called The Three Chakras (c) has completed three years of spreading awareness on personal development. The third anniversary issue, now on available on newsstands, features a grand cover story titled "111 Habits: the good, bad and the ugly".
“As much as 90 per cent of what we do is out of habits. So, we're really slaves of our our habits. The cover story issue attempts to transform our readers from being slaves of their habits to becoming masters,” says Manoj Khatri, Editor-Publisher.
The habits covered in the issue are not just the typical ones like smoking or eating junk food. The categories covered include beauty, health, food and nutrition, parenting, marriage and dating, social skills, workplace, personal growth, spirituality and travel.
The 3rd anniversary also unveils the fresh new international masthead of the magazine and the new slogan: You | All the way. “The slogan convey our renewed commitment to the complete wellbeing of our readers,” adds Khatri.
In the year gone by, Complete Wellbeing has featured celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Viswanathan Anand, Kajol, Akshay Kumar, and Shiamak Davar on its cover. The exclusive interviews of these celebrities touch upon aspects usually not discussed.
