Okra at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre, well known among connoisseurs for its tantalizing dishes and vivacious ambience has added another feather to its hat by winning the coveted Times Food Awards as the "Best Coffee Shop and 24 hour dining restaurant for the year 2010" in Hyderabad.

To commemorate this success, Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre organized an evening of extravaganza at Okra. The venue was exquisitely done up with aromatic candle lights. As the guests arrived the subtle hue of the candle flame alongwith soft music in the background created a perfect ambience for a tete-a-tete with friends & folks. The eclectic buffet was artistically laid across, giving guests an array of options to choose from. The guests relished the mouthwatering dishes teamed with the brilliance of the premium wines in the romantic flicker of the candle flame.
The Chef's parade was the highlight of the event where Hyderabad Marriott's finest chefs came together for a showcase. These Chefs ensured that the food offerings displayed the fine art of preparing each delicacy to perfection at all counters including the extensive variety of the live counters. The grand dessert buffet was a gourmet's delight. The beverage menu consisted of handpicked red and white wines and sparkling wine as well as an array of non alcoholic exotic mocktails.
