Tweet-- Marriott International Inc, the leading worldwide lodging company today announced Chef Subhash Sinha’s appointment as Executive Chef – Courtyard by Marriott, Pune - Hinjewadi effective April 2009.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Manocha said, "We at Courtyard are fortunate to have Mr. Sinha as the Executive Chef. A chef famous for his quick wit is known to dish out finger licking cuisine maintaining respect for the local flavours and traditions. As the executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Pune- Hinjewadi, Chef Sinha will be responsible for high standards of cooking, presentation, hygiene and supervising the overall operations of the MoMo Cafe. Courtyard by Marriott, Pune- Hinjewadi will be the first new age Courtyard to follow the MoMo Concept. The MoMo menu is designed to maximize F&B offerings, enhance the guest experience and minimize the number of ingredients. The restaurant combines local cuisine with Western favorites and brings for its patrons delectable culinary delights from across the world
A graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (Kolkata), Mr. Subhash Sinha’s experience in the hospitality industry includes a host of big names. He has been a member of the pre-opening team of three restaurants in Hyatt as well as Marriott. Mr. Sinha started his career in 1997 at The Park Hotel, where he gained valuable experience whilst training at the hotel as part of his internship.
