A well established Certified NLP expert, known for founding the concept of 'Thought Process Re-engineering', Sajeev Nair, expressed here that there is a higher need of connecting to people than it was a few years ago. "People are moving in a rapid pace with technology bringing in updates every second", he said. This very fact if ignored, he said, can be dangerous for internal growth.
