Yahoo! India portal now available in 7 Indian languages - Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi and Gujarati; Yahoo! Messenger 8.0 now allows users to chat in 9 Indian languages - Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi and Gujarati

They can also access their site using the following link and by replacing the language that they wish to view the site in.
Ex: in.hindi.yahoo.com, in.kannada.yahoo.com etc.
Yahoo! India also announced an update on their popular Yahoo! Messenger Indichat module which can now facilitate chatting in 9 regional languages from 3 languages earlier. The Yahoo! Indichat plug-in enables users to chat in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi and Gujarati without any need for a language keyboard. The user can just load the Side Panel plug-in at http://in.gallery.yahoo.com/apps/2047 and start chatting in any of these languages.
