Tweet-- Net4 India, a leading Network and Application services provider has announced the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2009.The total consolidated income for the 3rd quarter stood at Rs. 51.15 cr. as compared to Rs.33.79 cr. reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, a growth of 51.35 %.The net profit for the same quarter posted a 28 % rise at Rs. 3.21 cr. against the net profit of Rs. 2.50 cr. for the corresponding period last year.
The standalone income for the 3rd quarter stood at Rs. 30.16 cr. as compared to Rs.21.44 cr. reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, a growth of 40.67 %.The net profit for the same quarter posted a 15 % rise at Rs. 2.16 cr. against the net profit of Rs. 1.88 cr. for the corresponding period last year.
Commenting on the results, Jasjit Sawhney, CMD Net4 India Ltd said" We are glad to get back to the levels of growth we have long made our internal benchmarks. With two consecutive quarters of record profits and now our highest ever quarterly revenues, we can firmly establish that this reversal is not just pent up demand that may have come in the last quarter, but a real and lasting trend."
