Thesecompanies were selected out of the 12000 reputed global public-listed firms. Forbes conceptualized these rankings on the basis of consistent growth of sales and profit, modest indebtedness and future prospects.

Despite the financial turmoil ravaging economies globally, Micro Technologies was one amongst these leading companies which maintained a consistent growth graph. Micro Technologies (India) Ltd., the global security solutions company, reported financial performance for the first quarter - Consolidated revenue at Rs 79.35 crore, was up by 18.84 per cent. Profit Before Tax for Q1FY10 rose marginally to Rs 20.22 Lakhs while Profit After Tax was at Rs 18.28 crore compared to net profit of Rs18.30 crore achieved during the same quarter previous year.On a standalone basis, income for the quarter at Rs 59.43 crore grew by 2.89% while the standalone net profit at Rs 13.77 crore declined by 21%.
Micro Technologies India Ltd. is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE in 2001, as well as internationally on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange. It went public in 2001
