The Symposium will be followed by a recruitment drive by Rhythm & Hues, where it will conduct an aptitude test for people who wish to take up a creative career with them. This unique opportunity would be open not just for Arena students but general applicants as well.

The Symposium will feature prominent speakers from Crest Animation & Rhythm & Hues.

The first session will be taken by Mr. P. Rajasekhar, COO, Crest Animation Studio, who will enlighten the audience on ‘ANIMATION STUDIO PLACEMENT - PREPARATION & REQUIREMENTS’.

The second session will be conducted by Mr. Dileep Varma, Rhythm & Hues, who will showcase the work done by Rhythm & Hues - India on Award-winning Hollywood films like “THE GOLDEN COMPASS” & “ALVIN & THE CHIPMUNKS”.

PERSPECTIVES, which has been held in all major metros and mini metros across the last two years, aims to bring together professionals from the Animation Community on a common platform to share their knowledge, thoughts, views and experiences of the animation Industry with the students, helping then get an insight into the tremendous career options within Animation, VFX and Gaming. International luminaries viz. Chris Webster, Head of Animation Provision at the University of the West of England, Bristol and Tim Mostert, internationally acclaimed animator and creator of the ‘Speedy’ comic strip of Daily Sun newspaper of South Africa, have addressed audiences in India.
