Three of the productsCandidate Scan, Employee Self Service and Dialogue Tracker have been developed by the company with the aim to optimize HR operations using Voice Technology to increasing productivity and can be customized based on client requirements.

Candidate Scan - Walk in interviews will soon to be replaced by “TALK IN INTERVIEWS”. Candidate Scan breaks geographical distances, time factor (24 X 7), language barrier and can handle over 100000 calls every days (image IT companies being able to recruit from over 1200 engineering colleges without even having to visit them). Features include candidate screening system to filter candidates at each level based on predetermined parameters, interview scheduling with respective department heads, multiple language (11 Indian languages at present), administering tests (psychometric, computing skills etc) with the final output converted to English and most importantly checking authenticity of the candidates by use of Speech Biometrics.

Employee Self Service - another unique HR solution developed by LBIT, enables employees to call a pre published number and reach out to the different HR functions such as work schedules, leave management, salary details, taxations, benefits, provident funds and deadlines, through a telephonic interface. The solution is most appropriate for organizations where the employees are scattered geographically. It performs real time communication using existing employee database and updates all requested changes with maximum security. It helps free HR resources to focus on core functions thereby increasing productivity and efficiency multifold.

Dialogue Tracker is an application that enables communication management at call centers and prevents leakage of Intellectual Property through telephones. The technology can be used for recording of voice/dialogue from telephone networks for review at a later date. Apart from recording, the application also maintains call and line records such as start time, end time, Agent ID, Call ID and phone number.
