Gradatim IT Ventures’s MF Resolve, one of its leading platforms for the Micro-Finance industry, has been ranked as the best in India, by the recent report issued by ING–Oikocredit. This study was undertaken to assist MFIs in India to determine their need for IT support, specifically their requirements towards MIS and to make an inventory on the MIS software available in the market.
