The weekend brought a bouquet of jobs as over 750 candidates got a spot offer at the Naukri.com Job Fair at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi . The fair started on December 22, witnessed over 45000 walk-ins. Participant companies shortlisted almost 4000 candidates for interviews during the next 2-3 weeks.

Delhi witnessed job seekers from NCR as well as Jammu, Ludhiana and other parts of North India . 40% of professionals that walked in had more than two years of experience. It was a multi-industry job fair, with participating companies from IT, ITeS, Education, Finance, Manufacturing and many others.

Recruiters were enthusiastic about the response to the fair. Mr M. An assortment of jobs ranging from Area Sales Managers, Product Managers, Design Engineers, Software Engineers, HR Managers, System Analysts, Marketing Managers, Technical Support Associates, Visual Merchandisers, Underwriters, CAs and many more were on offer, and the recruiters found appropriate talent to suit their requirements. Besides hiring for current openings, it also helped recruiters build their candidate databases for future requirements.
