Module 1: iCare on 4 & 5 January, 2008
Emotional connect between the manager and the employee is critical for employee engagement. iCare focuses on helping the participants explore and enhance their emotional competence and leverage the same at the workplace, effectively. This module will provide opportunity to the participants to be better equipped to relate with their team members at a personal level leading to the employees feeling cared for.
Module 2: iSelect on 11 & 12 January, 2008
Selecting right resources is an art. Getting resources on board who are not just technically qualified to play the role but will also align well with the organization is necessary to ensure talent retention. iSelect focuses on the art of whole-brained interviewing and the related skills, techniques and methodologies. This module will provide opportunity to the participants to be better equipped to select and hire the right individual.
Module 3: iCoach on 18 & 19 January, 2008

Holistic view on managing performance can have far reaching positive impact on the organization’s bottom-line. iCoach focuses on the abilities and competencies required to make the other win through talent-spotting and mapping, talent-centric goal setting, talent engagement and talent development. This module will provide opportunity to the participants to transform themselves from being the appraisers to Performance Catalysts.
Module 4: iReward on 1 & 2 February, 2008
Most employees quit the organization when they feel ill-compensated or a lack of recognition for their earnest efforts. The negativity of sentiment easily overpowers the engagement that the employee may have with the organization. iReward focuses on providing insight into the significance of different means of rewards and recognitions including compensation. This module will provide opportunity to the participants to get sensitized to the critical recognition needs of employees and learn how to create employee delight by catering to the same, within a given framework.
