BMG’s 24 days Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course will be conducted in five phases in a 4-5-5-5-5 format.

Between each one-week training session, Black Belt candidates return to their business environments to apply the tools and methods learned in class to an actual Six Sigma project. Our curriculum is designed to be highly interactive through the use of hands-on simulations and

homework assignments.

The proposed dates of the training are:
Define: 25th Feb to 28th Feb

Measure: 17 Mar to 21st Mar

Analyze: 14th April to 18th April

Improve: 19th May to 23rd May

Control: 16th June to 20th June

In order to get certified from BMG University, the participant will need to:
1. Complete the course
2. Pass four exams of four hours online and,
3. Submit one completed project report

Course Description:
Breakthrough Management Group s Black Belt Certification Program is focused on building competent, data-driven Six Sigma practitioners. Candidates receive a comprehensive education on the Six Sigma methodology, starting with an in-depth description of the Six Sigma phases, their role within each phase, and the statistical tools necessary for driving a project to success. The curriculum follows the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) phases, teaching candidates how to integrate Six Sigma tools into an overall approach to process improvement. Students are taught how to launch an improvement project, how to transition it from phase to phase, and finally how to close out the project.

BMG combines lectures with experiential learning exercises to maximize comprehension. Throughout the training, each Black Belt candidate works on an actual business issue and applies the skills taught in the classroom to a real world project.

24 days over 5 months

Who Should Attend:

Anyone desiring the skills of a Six Sigma Black Belt. No previous Six Sigma experience required

Four 4-hour Black Belt exams

Course Requirements:

A laptop running Minitab

Certification Requirements:

70% minimum grade in each exam, a completed Black Belt Project
