Wipro BPO has been acknowledged amongst one of the top 25 Best Employers in the country standing 11th amongst 230 participating companies spanning the banking, IT services, manufacturing, Public Sector Undertaking and FMCG sectors.

Wipro BPO has been acknowledged amongst one of the top 25 Best Employers in the country standing 11th amongst 230 participating companies spanning the banking, IT services, manufacturing, Public Sector Undertaking and FMCG sectors.
The evaluation process included an Employee Opinion Survey and an on site-Audit by the Hewitt team. Wipro provided Hewitt with extensive insights into people management strategies, performance metrics & organizational statistics. The survey focused on key areas like:

- Opportunities for Growth & Development
- Performance Differentiation
- Quality of HR initiatives
- Diversity regarding educational background, experience & gender
