Maidoindia Sets Up Dedicated Warehouse & Service Facility for Japanese Food Products in Mumbai
Leading Japanese food products marketing company Maidoindia (Maido Enterprises Pvt Ltd) has set up the first of its kind warehouse and service facility at Andheri in Mumbai.

According to Mr. Harry Cheng, Director, Maidoindia, "The state of the art facility will provide a major boost to Japanese food market in India both in terms of popularity and market turnover.”
The 24x7 temperature controlled hygienic facility will store more than 250 dry goods and 30 core wet goods (deep freeze).
According to Anuj Jodhani, company’s Project Head, the new facility would not only expand the Japanese food market in India but will ensure product authenticity. “We already have 50 plus institutional and retail outlet clients in Mumbai and fast growing clientele in Delhi, Gurgaon, Goa, and Bangalore", he added.
He further stated that the new facility has consolidated the supply chain for authentic Japanese ingredients and food pre-preparation coming into the Indian market.
Maidoindia is the only company handling education, promotion and distribution of Japanese products in India; offering a one stop solution to quality Japanese manufacturers and organizations interested in ensuring the listing and supply of Japanese products into the Indian market.
The company will also facilitate the business initiatives of Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan (MAFF) and other private organizations for showcasing Japanese food products in India.
The new facility would also add a centralized kitchen for catering services in the second quarter (2009-10) under the aegis of Chef Sarkar, formerly of Taj Group of Hotels.
