New Director of Foood and Beverage at JW Marriott Bangkok

Carsten is a German National. He brings with him many years of experience in the Food & Beverage field. Having started his career with an apprentice at the Munich City Hilton back in 1991, he occupied many food and beverage positions at International hotels on his way to his current posting which include assignments at the Langham Hilton in London from 1995 to 1998 where his last position was Food & Beverage Controller.
Carsten moved to Dubai in 1998 joining the opening team of the JW Marriott Dubai in the same position and was promoted to become Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
Prior to this appointment, he was one of the pre-opening team of the Courtyard Marriott Dubai holding a position of Director of Food & Beverage.
