BIG LIVE celebrates ''Coca-Cola Football'er Hullor, 2010''

As a mark of the football frenzy that grips the city of Kolkata every four years, BIG Live announced its mega celebration of football called "COCA COLA FOOTBALLER HULLOR", adding to the fervor of the FIFA World Cup TM 2010. As a part of this event, Coca Cola is inviting paras to show off their passion for football by decorating their clubs/paras in the theme of their favored team participating in the football World Cup. Coca Cola is also inviting individuals to show their football mania - by dressing up as their favourite footballer. To celebrate the activity, a Coca Cola celebration canter is touring the entire city - visiting para to para and asking people to show off their passion for football by participating in contests related to football. During this activity, 100 paras across Kolkata, South and North 24 Parganas, Howrah and Hooghly will be competing for the position of Country Fan Club and more than 500 individuals will compete for the Country Ambassador position. The para clubs will be shortlisted by a 2 member jury team comprising Prasun Banerjee (Former Kolkata Maidan star) and Tollywood celebrity Monami Ghosh. The final event was held on the 26th of June at Swabhumi - where the Winners for both Coca Cola Country Fan Club Contest and Coca Cola Country Ambassador Contest were announced and awarded. The prize distribution ceremony was enlivened by live performance by the popular Bangla Band Bhoomi and a dazzling theme-based fusion dance of the ongoing World Cup. The Coca Cola Country Fan Club Contest Winners from two zones were gratified with 42" LCD Television & Cash of Rs 50,000 respectively and the Coca Cola Country Ambassador Contest Winners from two zones were gratified with 22" LCD Television & Cash of Rs 25,000.
