-- Anand Bhatt, after returning from a recent celebrity signing tour, returned home to discover a legal letter from the condo board of one of his properties. The letter wrongfully accused the rock star of renting his unit while he was on the road. Furthermore, the false accusation came with a hefty fine.
"I provided evidence to vindicate myself but the evidence was ignored," said Bhatt when questioned about the situation, "I had a clear and distinct feeling when attending the hearing that no matter what I provided or proved the decision was already made that I was guilty with the burden of having to show innocence."
It was revealed at a recent board meeting of the Oak Park building that the residents are in need of new washing machines, carpet, and roof repair. The condominium board members are well aware of Anand Bhatt's wealth and it seems that a scam may have been cooked up to attempt to extract the money for repairs out of the celebrity rocker.
"It's sad," added Bhatt, "If that's the case, then they could have just ASKED me for the money. I own part of the building too, I would have helped out."
More information needs to be revealed whether the 34 year old millionaire will let go of what is a negligible amount to him or fight condo board corruption out of principle.
