Explocity presents Explocity Unplugged at Barista Lavazza
Barista Lavazza and Explocity join hands to promote hidden talents in the city

Explocity now is now branching into events and hence has created an events department called CODA, which will act as event managers to much awaited events in India. To kick off this new venture, Explocity has joined hands with Barista Lavazza, one of India’s leading café chain, to bring in events at Barista Lavazza locations called Explocity Unplugged over the next year. Schikados will kick of the first such event on April 17th, 2009 at Barista Lavazza at Garuda Mall
Established in February 2000, Barista Lavazza is noted as a pioneer of Indian café culture. The Barista Lavazza chain of espresso bars delivers a truly Italian coffee experience in warm, friendly and relaxed environment. Barista Lavazza runs in-store promotions from time to time to enhance guest experience with relevant & valuable offerings.
The Unplugged activity is estimated at 52 events over 52 weeks of unplugged music jams/workshops held by unrecognized talents at Barista Lavazza’s across the city.
Unplugged will offer a stage for young musicians, freshers, acapaella groups, soloists, duo or a small group to express themselves. The format will also allow poetry reading; stand up comedians and many more talents that are yet to be discovered.
Proposed locations to start these events are at the 80 ft- Koramangala and 2nd floor- Barista Lavazza at Garuda Mall.
