Mega Hindi GEC 9X has launched a multi-media marketing campaign for its epic drama series kahaani hamaaray MAHAABHAARAT ki with a communication on the launch date of the series, which has the biggest Indian stars in the greatest drama ever. Hoardings, which reveal two of the most important characters and the launch date of 7th July 2008, Mon-Thursday 9 pm, have gone up in Mumbai and are being rolled out across key markets nationwide.

The outdoor campaign, created by the in-house INX Studio, has been designed to convey the spectacular scale and grandeur of the epic series, which has been one of the most keenly awaited shows for a long time. The campaign uses the powerful logo of kahaani hamaaray MAHAABHAARAT ki along with dramatic images of Bheem and Duryodhan, whom it reveals in character for the first time, with costumes especially created by ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra. The all-important characters of Bheeshma, played by Ronit Roy, and Ganga, played by Sakshi Tanwar, will be revealed next.

The multi-media campaign for kahaani hamaaray MAHAABHAARAT ki will reach at least 175 million viewers through outdoor, print, TV, radio and cinema and retail screens nationwide.

Kahaani hamaaray MAHAABHAARAT ki is a timeless drama which is a gripping spectacle of relationships, power, politics and values, with all the dramatic excitement andinterplay of emotions. Produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms for 9X, kahaani hamaaray MAHAABHAARAT ki features a galaxy of super stars such as Ronit Roy, Sakshi Tanwar, Aryan Vaid, Chetan Hansraj, Akashdeep Saigal, Anita Hassanandani, Rakshanda Khan, Makrand Deshpande and Kiran Karmarkar, along with several others whose names will be revealed over the next few days. Through the epic series, 9X will also present to Indian TV viewers some of the most exciting new talent.
